Thanks for the input Beth. My DR is checking it out for me. I am hoping it will help with spasms. That seems to be my biggest problem and I am allergic to Baclofen. Enjoyed meeting you Saturday night. What a great evening!
Hi, I'm curious about LDN also. My out-of-town Neuologist mentioned it as a possibility but I haven't been back to see him because 600 dollars later I found out my insurance doesn't cover going to him anymore :(. My sister was nice enough to pay the bill for me, what an angel!! He made it sound like a promising treatment, his and my only concern was that I'm using a Fentanyl (Duragesic) patch for pain and LDN is an antagonist to it (works against it) so I would have to wean off of the pain med either prior to or during the weaning up process of LDN. He said it's possible I would find better pain control with the LDN though so it could be a benefit all the way around, I just haven't researched it myself yet. If anyone else gets any info about it I'd love to know what you have! Thanks for the thread! Sara
